By downloading, installing, or using Dragin ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Dragin grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Mac computers that you own or control, for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of the developer. These Terms do not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks.

5. Privacy

Dragin runs entirely on your device. The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. Clipboard monitoring is performed locally and data never leaves your Mac.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
